Having had more than 20 years’ experience of its application on various mechanisms, constantly conducting different researches, tests, and adopting latest achievements in science and technology, we have designed developed ERC AUTO technology specially for you and your cars.

The essence of the technology is in transformation of metal on the surface of friction layer into another structure with unique physical characteristics, in growth of a new layer on the present surface until micro cracks and gaps are optimized, and in lending operational features, unachievable by other treatment methods, to processed mechanisms. At most cases, mechanisms are processed at regular operation mode, without disassembling and withdrawal from technological cycle. There is no distinct boundary between the layer and metal-carrier. Coefficients of thermal and linear extension are the same as of metal-carrier. Generated ultrastrong and lubricious layer withstands fantastic loads without any harm for itself, resulting to a high wear resistance and multiple life extension of friction unit and entire aggregate.

ERC AUTO is not an additive, because its principle of operation is based on not only generation of friction-reducing layer, but on molecular transformation of crystalline lattice of metal into another crystalline structure. The mean for this transformation is specially designed tribological composition, which includes over 100 components - natural catalysts and minerals.

You should understand the difference between use of oil additives, which require their permanent presence in lubricant, and our generation technology of ultra-strong coating, altering exactly properties of surface layer of metal. These are two completely different processes with diverse end results and various economic effect.

Once treated aggregate does not require subsequent presence of ERC-components in lubricant.
